when and how do i pay?

Your deposit payment is due at the time of your booking and should be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking.  The remaining balance due 10 days prior to your arrival.

We feel very strongly about data protection and holding customer's credit/debit card details - therefore we use a secure, online payment method to ensure the security of customer's card details.

In order to make payment we will send you a payment link via email for YOU to click on, enter your payment details securely, then your payment is sent to us.

can someone else drive my hire vehicle?

At the time of making your booking please advise us of the details of the main driver and any other proposed drivers as we will need a copy of each drivers driving licence and passport. You can have up to 3 drivers (main driver plus 2 additional drivers) on your rental agreement at no extra charge. All drivers must hold a valid, full UK / EU driving licence of a minimum of 2 years and be other 25 years of age. We can always add drivers at a later stage, just let us know.

IS insurance and roadside assistance included in the rental cost?

Our vehicles come with standard Spanish insurance and breakdown cover. As with all insurances there are some things that are not covered - this is why we ask our customers to have their own car hire excess insurance and means we do not need to take a large holding deposit during your rental period.  Our preferred provider of this insurance is Quester Insurance.  After extensive research we have found that Questor offer the most suitable and reasonably priced car hire excess insurance, providing both daily and annual policies.

what happens if i use the wrong fuel?

Should you have the misfortune of refuelling the vehical with the wrong fuel, you will be responsible for the cost of draining the fuel, any damage caused to the vehicle due to wrong fuel and the cost of refuelling the vehicle to full. There is a minimum charge of €300.00 in this situation which you will be billed directly for and then claim back on your car hire excess insurance.

can i collect a vehicle from one airport and return to another?

YES - we understand that customers on occasion need to collect from one airport and drop off at another (Murcia / Alicante) however, there is a sur-charge of €80.00 for this service.

can i smoke in my hire vehicle?

NO - for the comfort of all our customers we do not allow the smoking of tobacco products or vapes in our vehicles. On return of the vehicle, should we find evidence that someone has been smoking inside the car, there will be a minimum charge of €50.00 to a maximum of €200.00 to cover the cost of a full valet and including the cleaning of air vents.

do you take a deposit?

YES - we ask for a 15% deposit off the total balance to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel your booking. However, we are happy for you to change the dates of your booking moving your deposit to the new dates. If there is an increase/decrease in the price of your booking, the initial deposit payment will remain the same, with the final remaining balance reflecting the difference in price of the new dates.

what is your fuel policy?

We work on a like for like fuel policy - all we ask is that it is returned with the same level of fuel as when it was collected.

We understand that on occasion there may be circumstances where our customers are unable to refuel the vehicle before returning it. 

 Don't worry, although you are still responsible for the cost of the fuel, we will only charge you the cost of fuel, there won't be any inflated charges on top of this. There are details of local fuel stations close to Alicante and Murcia airports in the glovebox of the vehicle.
